Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the personal data you share in this form is processed by SoftBox Technology Inc. (Çifte Havuzlar Mah. Eski Londra Asfaltı Cad. Kuluçka Merkezi, A1 Blok / Kat: B01_06, Esenler / İstanbul / Türkiye) as data controller, as described below.
Data we process: your full name, e-mail address, phone number, the subject you choose and what you write in your message; technical data created by the security check (IP address and browser details).
Purposes: to answer your demo, quotation, partnership, support or other request, to contact you about it, and to prevent misuse of the form.
How and on what legal basis: the data is collected electronically through the contact form on this website. It is processed because it is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and for our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f); the transfer abroad is based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 9).
Transfers: your data is stored in data centres in the European Union where our website is hosted, and your request is forwarded to the right team through our e-mail service provider. The security check uses the reCAPTCHA service of Google LLC. As these providers are located abroad, your data is transferred abroad with your explicit consent. It is not shared with anyone else, except with authorised public bodies where the law requires it.
Retention: we keep your data for as long as your request and the applicable law require, and then delete, destroy or anonymise it.
Your rights: under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it was transferred to, ask for incomplete or wrong data to be corrected and for your data to be deleted or destroyed and these steps to be notified to those third parties, object to a result against you that arises solely from automated processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
